What is our Role
RPL Central® are truly innovators in their field. RPL Central® does not in any way provide, or offer to provide, all or part of a VET course and never has. RPL Central® helps to facilitate an evidence collection process to potential candidates, and then offers its technology solutions to RTO's and TAFEs and passes through the savings to candidates who are ready to enrol, equipped with a portfolio of evidence. By doing this, RPL Central is able to attain the lowest possible all-inclusive cost for the entire process from collection, through to enrolment and certification via an RTO or TAFE.

What happens if I don't have enough evidence for a full RPL?
Our service connects you to a Registered Training Organisation where you get direct access to challenge and provide further evidence to an Assessor. In the case where after a recommendation has taken place, you are unable to gain a full Certificate or Diploma, your Assessor will provide you with 2 free challenge assessments - and then the opportunity to get reassessed. If after this, you still cannot demonstrate competency in the full Qualification, you will gain a Statement of Attainment for units you can demonstrate competency in.

How long do I have to upload evidence?
Everyone receives 6 weeks of access to the RPL Wizard® upon enrolment to organise and upload all of their evidence. If you have not completed uploading your evidence by the end of 6 week period, an extension fee of $75 will be charged to your nominated credit card (or billed to your account) and a new 1 month will be added to your timeframe. You can opt-out and cancel your enrolment at any time by the extension fee declining or by notifying us that you wish to cancel future participation and forfeit your portfolio. The RPL service will then be cancelled.

What is your refund policy?
We will happily exchange any payments that you have made to an incorrect or unsuitable Qualification, and apply them to a more suitable one for you provided that you notify us within 5 days of registration. We are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind, or if after an application for RPL has been completed, you have gaps that you cannot demonstrate competency for.

What am I paying for with RPL Central®?
RPL Central® facilitates the communication between you and a Registered Training Organisation for assessment of your skills and experience against a Nationally Accredited Qualification. It also may assist you to prepare an evidence portfolio to be transferred to an RTO or TAFE. You are paying for an opportunity to be assessed for a Qualification, and an opportunity to obtain 2 free gap challenge assessments from an Assessor if there are gaps after the portfolio is created. The Assessor will then reassess you and determine whether you can achieve the full Qualification or a Statement of Attainment.

Is my privacy guaranteed?
Yes it is. We will only share your details internally and to qualified industry assessors and partners, or the RTO you choose to use.
